Course Summary

 This practice will guide you into a deeper sense of safety within your body. So often when we have experienced trauma, which all of us have to some degree, the result of our trauma, disconnects us, or takes us out of our body. And we lose our sense of self trust, trust in our body. We have trouble reorienting our sense of safety. This can often present as fear, anxiety, overwhelm, panic, and other trauma responses, which take us out of our present moment.  Away from ability to find peace, calm, and solidness within ourselves. This practice will support your journey back to a place of wholeness, connecting with and tuning into your body, and cultivating that deeper sense of safety and self-trust. Which will allow you to feel safer in the world too!
